“Managed IT Experts”, our UK partner providing Managed IT Solutions and complex support for 365 Microsoft business applications, approached us regarding their Real Estate client’s need for web development support in the PHP area. The Founder wrote all the code, leveraging his strong development skills, but he completed it quickly for the MVP launch, resulting in code that was far from perfect. He needed an experienced Senior PHP Developer who could write clean PHP code without relying on frameworks.
The Customer conducted a few interviews, and the experience of one Developer with IP-Telephony caught the Customer’s attention. For a long time, he had an idea to integrate an AI Assistant with a British accent. We then switched our focus to the developer with the necessary experience, and within a few days, we found “the perfect one.”
The primary objective was to create an AI Agent that sounds human-like, communicates with callers, takes messages as needed, and identifies tenants by address and apartment number, prompting them to submit requests through the online cabinet.
Most people in the UK are still conservative and prefer phone conversations instead of online requests and e-mails. A Real Estate customer wanted to minimise staff involvement, as he would have to duplicate the tenant’s request in the online cabinet regardless.
This case study is an excellent example of how the business can benefit from using AI.
